I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this cabin. Our extended family was very comfortable here. The kitchen is a dream to work in even when preparing meals for large groups of people. Everyone loved the pool and the waterfront access for fishing and water craft.Two recommendations:1. Shades or blinds for living room. Living room was not habitable for 3 or 4 hours each afternoon with the sun and heat beating in through the big windows.2. Upgrade air conditioning for Master bedroom, bedroom above, and upstairs loft. Maintenance came promptly when called about lack of cooling and brought another supplemental unit for the upstairs room, but the temps were just tolerable.A separate point, the outlets on the outside walls of the master bedroom did not work.

Plenty of sitting room and places to visit. There were clear instructions on how to use different things, like the fireplace and hot tub , which we enjoyed very much. We were there for a winter wedding, so we didn’t get to use the water activities.

Summary: Had a family reunion of sorts here- gorgeous property. Cabin-feel with modern touches- the most beautiful countertops and tile!!! Super private- we loved watching the turtles in the cove & sipping our morning coffee and evening wine by the pool.
